BURTON BRIDGE CLOSURE: We understand that the Burton Bridge (Old Bridge) will close in one direction for 2½ months from Monday 18th June.  This will of course have an impact on our pick up routes and timings. We may have to change pick up times and locations to cope with diversions and delays - please check your tickets before you travel. We will do our best to run to time when picking up but please be patient if we are delayed by the traffic. We can’t make plans at the time of writing, because the so-called planners Staffordshire County Council haven't got a plan!  (Or haven't got a clue?)

Please note that Hatton Sandwich Bar  & Starbucks Newsagents, Rolleston, are no longer booking agents for our trips.

 

Senior Fare is a discounted fare for all persons over 60 years of age. 

Child Fares are the same as OAP fares (unless stated otherwise) and are for children aged 4 to 15 inclusive, only when accompanied by a responsible adult.  Children aged 3 and under travel free but will not be allocated a seat.

 

Cancellations & Refunds:  If you wish to cancel your booking please let us know as soon as possible.  All refunds will be less a 20% cancellation charge.  Refunds made less than 5 days before departure will be by credit only and subject to a 20% cancellation charge. 

No refund will be made for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the departure time/date. 

No refunds can be made on any theatre, concert or show tickets, or meals or admission fees which may have been bought and paid for in advance.
